You already have the Word. What no one handed you was the way to live it.
Wiser U is a mentorship in living it: learning to read Scripture the Hebraic way, then walking it out in the life you actually lead: your calendar, your leadership, your calling. Not one more teaching to carry. A way to live what the Spirit has already written on your heart.
"I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts." Jeremiah 31:33 (NKJV)
Four ways to stay anchored. All yours the moment you step in.
Wiser U isn't a course you finish and shelve. It's a mentorship you live inside: you learn to see Scripture the way it was written, then you're walked through living it, week by week. Weekly teaching, a live Monday room with Pastor Ron, daily community, and a library that's always there when you need it. Here's what's waiting.
Sabbath Afterglow
The Sabbath teaching you can return to whenever you need to recenter. Every week, you get the replay of Pastor Ron's Sabbath service, ancient wisdom applied to modern leadership and life. Delivered every week: yours to watch, revisit, and carry. When the week gets loud, the afterglow is still there.
Leadership Locker Room
Not theory. Application. Every member gets the Leadership Locker Room: live with Ron every Monday, plus the full replay library. He teaches leaders through the real challenges, the ones you don't post about, with practical, biblically grounded tools you can actually use. Show up live or catch the replay, and either way you start your week with something you can put to work right now.
Daily WOW Factor Community
This is where the daily word becomes a daily conversation. A private community of leaders anchoring their week in the Word: daily discussion around the WOW Factor teaching, weekly connection, and ongoing encouragement from people walking the same road. You were never meant to rise alone.
Daily WOW Factor Vault
Your reference library for life. Every Daily WOW video in one searchable archive, organized by Torah portion, so when you need the teaching on a specific principle, season, or portion, it's right there. Nothing lost. Everything within reach.
Start here. Grow from here.
Wiser U Member is open today. All Access opens soon, and you can move up when it does.
The Study. This is where the mentorship begins: becoming acquainted with the Hebraic way of seeing Scripture, learning to read the Word the way it was written and letting it reshape how you think. It's the foundation the rest is built on, because you cannot live what you have not yet learned to see.
Everything inside Wiser U. Full access to all four rooms, your daily immersion in that way of seeing:
- Leadership Locker Room: live with Pastor Ron every Monday + full replay library
- Sabbath Afterglow: weekly teaching replays, yours to revisit
- Daily WOW Factor Community: your private circle, anchored in the Word
- Daily WOW Factor Vault: the full searchable archive by Torah portion
The Mentorship. The next step. Where you're walked from understanding the Word to living it, Monday through Shabbat. The Study taught you to see; All Access walks you into the life.
Everything in the Wiser U Member tier, plus the one room built to move you forward on purpose: a seat at The Growth Table.
The Leadership Locker Room sharpens how you lead. The Growth Table works on you. Once a month, Pastor Ron pulls a live group up to the table and coaches real leaders through their Personal Growth Plans, out loud, in real time. Bring your own situation and get coached live, or pull up a seat and grow just as much watching Ron work through someone else's. You leave with a next step you didn't walk in with.
- Everything in the Member tier, including the live Monday Leadership Locker Room
- The Growth Table: monthly live Personal Growth Plan group coaching; group hot-seat, live + replay
- The full course library: yours to access for as long as you're a member
You have been receiving the Word. And something in you wants more than to receive it. You want to live it.
You have been awakened to the covenant, and you cannot go back to sleep. You have tasted the Hebraic roots of your faith and you cannot un-taste them. You want to keep the Sabbath and mean it. You want to understand the feasts, not just hear about them. You want to read the Scripture through Hebraic eyes and let it order your days, not as rules to perform for God, but as the life the redeemed were always meant to live.
And you are trying to live it here. In the Nations. In the scattered places. In a culture that was not built for the covenant and does not always understand what you are reaching for. Often without a community that gets it. Often without anyone who has walked it to walk you through it.
If that stirred something, it was not an accident. You were drawn here. So come and be mentored into the life you already know is yours. You are a covenant person, called to live what you believe, right where you are planted. And you do not have to walk it alone anymore.
Pastor Ron Smith
Pastor Ron Smith is the Faith-Based Productivity Architect and the creator of the ChaosClear Method. He's the Amazon best-selling author of From Chaos to Calm: 5 Steps to Achieving Your Goals Even in the Toughest of Times, the Senior Pastor of His Cloud of Glory, and the founder of Wiser U, with more than two decades leading in the marketplace and in ministry.
Ron doesn't teach productivity from a whiteboard. He teaches it from the Word, from the pulpit, and from walking it out himself every single day. That's the difference, and it's the reason Wiser U works. Wiser U is how he mentors leaders into that life: not more information, but a way of seeing and living the Word, carried into the world they lead in. This is the man. This is the mission. Wiser U is where he hands it to you.
You already know which life you were made for.
Not the frantic one. Not the one where every day is a fire drill and rest feels like something you have to earn. You were made to operate from order: to build from peace, to lead from fullness, to live inside a rhythm instead of forever chasing one.
That life has a front door. This is it.
Come as you are. Leave with a plan.
When you step inside Wiser U, you stop carrying the Word with no way to live it. You start walking it out, day after ordinary day: in your calendar, your leadership, your calling. This is who you were redeemed to be, a leader who lives what you believe, in step with the Spirit, not a step behind it.
